All people have the right to healthy relationships. In this skill-building course, we will explore and examine the elements of healthy relationships, including the most important relationship- the one you have with yourself!For Spring 2026 the class will be facilitated by Christina Michelle and Natalie Watson. There will be 10 total classes over 10 weeks, held in person at AWARE. Classes will be held Thursdays 6-7:30 PM starting April 9th.
