About Creative Crusts…
Creative Crusts is a woman-owned company. Peggy and Shawn Brokaw are a husband and wife duo that both share the entrepreneurial spirit and have spent many hours creating Creative Crusts. It is the product of trial and error, experimentation, and success, through many ingredients and processes. The goal has always been to bring pizza back into the lives of people who have cut it out due to health conditions or food sensitivity. It just happened to also be great for health-conscious, fitness-focused individuals as well! We can’t wait for you to try the Pizza!
Our Crust…
Give our proprietary chicken-based crust a try. With zero flour you will be surprised! We have gone through many iterations and we are excited to bring you this crust as an alternative option to traditional pizza.
What’s different?
We got into making pizza for one reason, and one reason only: WE LOVE PIZZA! However, we could not eat it! Being food sensitive makes us give up so much of the foods we love. Whether you have IBS, you are lactose intolerant, or are yeast intolerant our pizza is something you can enjoy!

If pizza is your cheat meal, we have you covered. with over 40g of protein per serving this pizza is also low on carbs. If you are watching your weight or have other health-related reasons why you can’t enjoy pizza we aim to bring pizza back into your life!
