"Caring for Ourselves Together" is the theme of this FREE community event for adults and caregivers to learn about self-care for healthy aging including research and resources. There will be a dinner sample of healthy foods for the brain and body. Guest speakers will share their knowledge of the latest dementia research, experiences participating in health research, and the challenges, supports, and lessons of caring for older loved ones.If you are a caregiver for a loved one and would like respite care to attend the event, call (916) 734-3746 to arrange for support by April 28, 2024.
