Healthy Living: Understanding the Experience of Grief

Join us to learn about what grief and loss look like, their impacts on daily life, taking care of yourself while grieving, and how to best help someone who is grieving. Volunteers from the Grief Support Program will share their experiences and what helped them. This program is for those grieving a death-related loss and those who support them.
