Participants will learn research-backed, factual components of healthy nutrition habits for vibrant living. The sessions will help participants navigate away from the dilemma of excess misinformation about nutrition and create empowerment. There will be hands-on practice throughout the sessions so participants can put their new skills into practice and have fun while learning. Classes will consist of three, two-hour sessions that cover identifying nutrient dense foods, breakfast and grain selection, fruits and veggies, facts about fat, the importance of protein and movement, and the necessity of hydration.The sessions will be held on January 16th, January 23rd, and January 30th from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
