What: After the festive season indulgences, it is time to make healthy happen! For the overwhelmed gal who doesn't know how or where to begin, our Deputy Chair and busy working Mum Verginia will share science-backed, actionable steps for healthy eating, weight loss and improved mental health based on a year's worth of research and trial and error. Topics covered: healthy eating, weight loss, gut health, environmental toxins, intermittent fasting and mental wellbeing. Bring pen and paper to make notes!When: Saturday 18th January 2025, 3pm to 5pm

Who: All members and non-members welcome
Facilitator: Our volunteer Verginia – Verginia is a self-confessed book worm (check out our Book Club events!) and aspiring healthy living guru. Verginia is a full-time working Mum and likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
