Who’s ready for some fun? It’s time to get off the couch, put down the devices, and get moving! Join us for Healthy Kids Day®—the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, we’ve hosted this free community event to inspire families to keep their minds and bodies active all summer long and beyond.We’re kicking things off with a community run/walk followed by a massive celebration at the Maple Y with games, activities, and healthy snacks!

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Check-In at the Maple Y
11:00 AM – 11:40 AM: Group Warm-Up & 20-Minute Youth/Family Run/Walk
11:40 AM – 1:30 PM: Games, Activities, & Healthy Snacks at the Maple YMCA
