As we celebrate the YMCA’s 175 years of strengthening communities, we’re kicking off another summer of fun, learning, and growth at Healthy Kids Day®!
Healthy Kids Day is a national initiative celebrated at Ys across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids, families, and the community. For over 30 years, Ys have celebrated Healthy Kids Day by hosting a variety of free, community-facing events and activities focused on active play, nutrition education, STEM, the arts, and so much more!
Healthy Kids Day will take place April 18 at our East Side YMCA. Free event, no registration required.

• Obstacle Course
• Martial Arts
• Zumba
• Youth Strength Conditioning
• Face Painting
• Healthy Snacks
• Bounce Houses
• ½ Mile Kids Fun Run (time TBD)
