Welcome to the Healthy Japanese Cooking Workshop in Amsterdam!
Join me for an interactive cooking experience and learn how to make delicious and nutritious plant-based Japanese dishes in a home cooking style. Whether you're a cooking enthusiast or simply curious to try something new, this workshop is ideal for anyone interested in adopting a healthier approach to eating.
The event includes an inspiring talk on a nutritious diet, a hands-on cooking workshop, and a shared dining experience with 5 delicious dishes. Most of what we prepare—90% of the ingredients—will be organic and thoughtfully chosen.
You'll be hosted by Noriko, a yoga instructor with years of experience preparing meals for yoga seminars. During the talk, I’ll share my own experiences and insights on building a healthy food lifestyle—philosophical and practical ideas that can benefit both vegans and meat eaters alike.

100% refund if cancelled at least 3 days in advance.
50% refund if cancellation is less than 3 days.
No refund if cancellation is less than 48 hours before the workshop.
