High blood pressure and heart disease affect our communities every day—but you don’t have to navigate heart health alone. Join us for a free, in-person information session to learn how the Healthy Heart Ambassador Program supports residents in building healthier habits, lowering blood pressure, and strengthening heart health with no-cost resources and ongoing support.
This session is hosted by the Baltimore City Health Department in partnership with Park Heights Community Health Alliance, Inc.
