As part of Healthy Guildford Day, we invite you to indulge in a deeply restorative experience.
This intimate morning ritual is designed to support balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Throughout the session, we will be using Neom's signature wellbeing products, allowing you to fully immerse your senses while calming sound frequencies guide you to state of deep rest.
1 hour to completely let go as you experience the healing sounds and vibrations of Quartz and Alchemy Crystal singing bowls with some other soothing sounds that create harmony within. Find your feel good. Find your serenity.
Your £35 ticket will include the following:

- Soothing Sound Bath (60 mins)
- Energy balls and warm cocoa drinks to gently restore energy after the session

WHAT TO BRING:
• Wear something that makes you feel warm and comfy
• Mats, a cushion and a blanket is provided - however please bring along any additional blankets/pillows/bolsters you wish to do so, to add to the comfort of your space
• Eye Pillow or mask if this helps you to relax
Due to the vibrational energies within these sessions it's not recommended to attend a sound bath/sound journey for anyone with epilepsy, pacemakers/metal plates, clinically diagnosed severe mental health disorders or those in a first trimester of pregnancy
