Info: If you want to improve your diet but don't know where to start or are worried that it's too expensive to eat healthily, then come to this informal Workshop where you'll learn the basics of Good Nutrition AND come away with some example recipes. They'll also be a Cooking demonstration and Taster session! Places are limited so if you book a space and then cannot attend, please let us know so that we can offer your place to someone else.
