Healthy Eating on a Budget

Learn how to get the most out of your trip to the grocery store May 13 at 1PM at the Woodbridge Main Library! In this presentation, we'll review the MyPlate method and dietary guidelines for older adults, as well as shopping and budgeting tips for buying healthy foods in a cost-effective way.
