Please join us at our interactive training session for three hours of hints tips and techniques on using healthy conversation skills to Make Every Contact Count. Our training is delivered by behaviour change experts in person at the Civic Offices in Portsmouth City Centre, and is acreddited by the Royal Society of Public Health.

What is Making Every Contact Count?

Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is a person centred and opportunistic approach to health behaviour change that applies appropriate theory informed behaviour change techniques from behavioural science, delivered during every appropriate contact.

Who is MECC for?

Although MECC can be delivered within health and social care, anyone can use healthy conversation skills and MECC, within any setting.
