Dr. Brooke from In Motion Physical Therapy FLX will be leading us through how to maintain good back health. This workshop is for you if you have a history of back injuries or would just like to be preventative and know more about how to keep your body moving well.During the workshop expect to learn some great info on how to build strength, work on mobility, and how to do self assessments. Plan to wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Dr. Brooke believes in promoting physical therapy as an avenue for prevention of injury and overall wellness, not just rehabilitation after an injury has occurred.
Joining Dr. Brooke will be bringing Mae, her certified therapy dog to add to a relaxing and fun environment.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
