Health+Wellness Classes: House Yoga

Limited spots will be available for each class. If you are not able to attend, please release your tickets to allow others to enjoy! If advance registration is sold out, we will have limited on-site registration. Sign-ups are released weekly.

Celebrate Black Music Month and Pride by flowing to your favorite tunes at the best backyard with Atlanta native & @amadorlife founder Malik Khalid. Malik is a gregarious teacher with a deep appreciation for house, dance, and edm music and to enhance our practice, we'll move to the rhythm of energizing house music, creating an uplifting and dynamic atmosphere. After yoga, we’ll transition into an ecstatic dance session, allowing you to express yourself freely and connect deeply with the music and your surroundings.

FREE Parking is available in the Mercedes-Benz Lot across from Gate 1 on the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking will be available on an hourly basis in the Orange Deck.

Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.

MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive

Water bottle, towel, and a mat are good to have for class. Each class will vary; please see their description for more information to get an idea of what you would like to bring.
