This 6-week program is designed to increase your health span in a supportive group environment. Each week, we’ll cover a different health topic with mini workshop, and offer a body composition weigh-in. Using your body composition and lifestyle, we will create personalized plans for nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being, all based on the latest research. Learn how to set health goals according to your values and watch the results unfold.$190 for initial 6-week program includes:
• program workbook
• weekly body composition weigh-in
• personalized plan creation (relaxation, mood boost, nutrition, & physical activity)
• weekly meetings with one-on-one goal check-in and group discussion on various health topics
• weekly mini-workshop to create your goals and plans
• workshop materials (essential oils, rollers, bands…)
$65 for each additional 6 weeks of meetings/check-ins beginning in January, 2026
