Join us to welcome special Story Time hosts the Bonnechere Inòdewiziwin Abinòdjìnjish Kikinàmàgan (BIAK) EarlyOn unit. BIAK is a Mobile Unit that travels throughout Renfrew County providing Indigenous teachings/Drumming and Algonquin Language for children and families.Activities will be provided, games and stories for youth, parents and educators about Indigenous peoples' culture, history, and languages.
Drumming and singing with the Kichi Sibi Women drummers is encouraged by all using children’s drums provided by the BIAK EarlyOn. No registration is required, and Story Time (including BIAK visits) are free and open to all.
