Start your morning strong with a high-energy HIIT session led by Mortal Body Fitness at 9:15AM, designed to get your heart pumping and your body fired up. Flow into strength and mobility with an invigorating Animal Flow class led by Silvy at 10AM, then unwind and reset with a calming, feel-good yoga session led by Michelle Wright at 10:30AM.

Beyond the workouts, immerse yourself in a curated wellness experience featuring local vendors, nourishing food options, and expert-led sessions—all created to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and aligned. This isn’t just a workout, it’s a chance to come together as a community, move with intention, and make an impact.
