For the first year, Coffee Corral is honoring Mental Health Awareness month by offering a Health & Wellness Day in The Corral on Saturday, May 18th from 9 AM to 1 PM.The main goal of this event is to bring awareness to all of the many wonderful mental health and wellness resources within our community–because there sure are many! We are hoping that by showcasing local resources in our uber safe little environment, it will open the door for more individuals to put their mental health and wellness first. Something we all need to do more of every single day.
We’ll be starting off the event with a yoga class at 9 AM, led by Open Heart Yoga , and continuing the day with local mental health & wellness resources set up in The Corral for a casual meet & greet and “self-care” type vendors. Let this be a day of YOU!
