About the Presenter: Matthew Twitty is the owner and operator of Start to Finish Dog Training in Cherokee, AL and has been training and showing dogs in competitive sports since 1999. His accomplishments in the Obedience ring include multiple OTCH titled dogs, many High In Trial and High Combined awards, and the elusive perfect 200 score - as well as numerous students achieving these same accolades! As a Seminar Presenter, he is often asked back to work with groups again and again due to his level of energy, enthusiasm, experience, ability to solve problems easily, and love of the sport of Competitive Obedience. His seminars offer lots of floor time, individual attention, and information.
Seminar Descriptions:
Healing Your Heeling: Step by step program covering the most commonly looked over pieces needed for exceptional Heelwork
Teaching Open and Utility: Step by step program for giving you easy and fun motivational techniques for teaching all the exercises in Open & Utility.
Both days have valuable information that is appropriate for teams of almost any skill level who have an interest in competitive obedience. Teams who are new to competitive obedience training can keep up with the way the information is broken down into steps for each exercise, and experienced teams will benefit from Matt’s fresh perspective and troubleshooting skills.

(Following the weekend seminar at POTC, Matt will also be doing a day of private lessons on Monday, July 13th, at Canine Initiative Training in Tremont. POTC members get priority registration for the lesson day as well.)
