This is more than a yoga class. This is a guided healing experience rooted in Yoga Therapy, designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support heart health.
Through intentional breathwork, gentle joint-free movement, and deep relaxation, you will learn how to shift your body out of stress and into a state of safety, balance, and healing.
You will be guided through a therapeutic breathing technique inspired by Nischala Joy Devi’s work in Yoga Therapy for Heart Disease and Cancer, helping to:
* Lower blood pressure
* Support heart health
* Reduce cortisol (stress hormone)
* Improve nervous system regulation
