Quartz Singing Bowl Healing (Seated Session)
A gentle, 60-minute sound healing experience designed to calm the body and reset your energy.
This session will be held in a seated position. You’re invited to bring a pillow or anything you need to feel comfortable and supported.
Crystal singing bowls will be played throughout the session, allowing the sound and frequency to move through the body - supporting relaxation, grounding, and a natural return to balance.
No experience needed. Just come, sit, and receive.
