Mothra is excited to host our "With Spirit" series of seances, facilitated by physical medium Mychael Shane.

Healing with Spirit is one of three seances hosted the weekend of April 24-26th where we explore the edges of what physical reality appears to be through direct experience of physical phenomena being created from "nothing". Healing with Spirit is a hands on energetic healing container where Spirit and the Ascended Masters physically manifest to provide a specific kind of miraculous energetic healing for those in the room through physical medium Mychael Shane. The medium acts as a conduit for the production of ectoplasm to create physical phenomena, while students share their energy to amplify the power of the healing through the wisdom of the Ascended Masters. The goal of this seance is to create space for deep emotional, mental and even physical healing.

NOTE: all participants will be required to watch a webinar on the protocols for these seances, as well as sign a waiver of understanding and liability. This webinar will help answer any questions, as well as prepare you for the event. All information will be provided to participants at registration.

WHAT IS PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP?

Physical mediumship is a rare form of connection with the realms beyond our five senses where the medium acts as a physical instrument for Spirit to interact directly with our world. Unlike mental mediumship, which happens internally, physical mediumship involves tangible manifestations such as lights, sounds, movement, or materialization. It allows the unseen realms to become a visible, audible, and felt in reality.

Physical mediumship is an ancient bridge between dimensions, yet its highest expression is found in the purposeful discipline of the Ascended Masters of Shambhala. Unlike common 'shows' that dwell in lower-astral energies for curiosity's sake, this work is a sacred protocol. For over three decades, Mychael Shane has dedicated his life to refining the vibration of the séance room, ensuring it serves as a portal, a sacred classroom if you will, to honor and facilitate the infinite wisdom, teachings and love of these Divine Beings whose mission is to awaken humanity’s own inner truth and divinity, planetary healing and world peace.

WHAT'S THE POINT OF PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP?

The ultimate goal of this work is to support the journey of the soul and awakening of the God-Self within. Every physical phenomenon—from direct voice to materialization—serves a singular purpose: to provide the physical proof necessary to dissolve the ego's doubt, expand human consciousness, and ignite the latent divine power within every individual.

It is less about the phenomena, and more about the underlying lesson that what makes up physical reality and our five senses is just the surface of our human experience. Physical mediumship allows us to directly experience what lies beyond our five senses so we may begin to embody a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?

Anyone with an open heart and mind that is curious to learn more about what is beyond the 5 sensory experience. No prior experiences or knowledge is needed to attend, other than a willingness to learn and be present with the experiences. Attendees must also consent to sitting in complete darkness for 2 hours without an opportunity to leave the room.

WHO IS THIS EVENT NOT FOR?

Anyone carrying significant doubts or negativity towards spiritual or quantum experiences. If you are uncomfortable with not being able to explain what happened, uncomfortable with being in dark spaces, or cannot abstain from alcohol and other drugs prior to the event, we ask you consider not attending. All participants are required to actively consent to the protocol requirements prior to entering the seance room.

WHY IS MOTHRA SHADOW WORK HOSTING THESE EVENTS?

Mediumship is part of the cofounders' personal studies and inner work. Physical mediumship has been of particular interest, and has profoundly changed our lives. We desire to share these experiences with our community to help provide another perspective on the purpose of doing inner work: to expand our nervous system's capacity to experience all of what life has to offer with equanimity.

WHO IS MYCHAEL SHANE?

Rev. Mychael Shane, a physical medium and spiritual teacher, has spent his life connecting to the Ascended Masters of Shamballah to bring forth their teachings and principles into the world. Rev. Shane offers spiritual healing, instruction and direct application so individuals can strengthen and fully realize their connection to the Spirit World, their Guides and Master Teachers; as well as, to work directly with the Ascended Masters and Lady Masters of Shamballah if a student seeks the calling. Rev. Shane has been scientifically tested in the United States, is an ASSMPI certified Physical Medium, and has achieved endorsements to pursue his work and mission throughout Europe.

WHAT IS ECTOPLASM/HOW DOES PHYSICAL PHENOMENA OCCUR?

Ectoplasm is a highly sensitive spiritual energy utilized to bridge the physical and divine realms, allowing Spirit to manifest tangible phenomena. As a living extension of the medium, this substance requires a strictly controlled environment to maintain its structural integrity.

• Light Sensitivity: White light acts as a disruptive force that can cause the substance to recoil violently, posing a significant physical risk to the medium (e.g., skin burns, cardiac arrest).
• Disruption Risk: Abrupt disturbances such as noise and movement can cause the ectoplasm to dissipate, thus posing additional risk to the medium.
• The Red-Light Exception: Controlled red light exists at a frequency that allows for observation without damaging the integrity of the ectoplasm.

WHAT PROTOCOLS ARE FOLLOWED?

To maintain the sanctity of this space and ensure the highest vibrational outcome for all, we observe the following protocols of the heart-mind:

• The Intent of Discernment: We move beyond the "proof-seeking" of the ego and into the "truth-seeking" of the soul. In this space, skepticism is evolved by a refined discernment that seeks to understand the spiritual laws behind the phenomena.
• Vibrational Stewardship: Every participant is a co-creator of the room’s energy. By entering with a grounded, open heart and a quieted mind, you provide the "harmonic foundation" that allows the Ascended Masters to integrate with greater clarity and depth.
• The Law of Sovereignty: This classroom is a sanctuary for self-healing. The Ascended Masters do not seek to lead or control; they seek to reflect your own innate God-Self back to you with unconditional love. Your presence here is an act of reclaiming your sovereign authority to heal, transform, and elevate into the wisdom and knowing of the Self.
• Reverence for the Modality: We honor the rare alchemical processes—such as apportation and direct voice— not as spectacles, but as sacred instruments of light intended to bridge the physical and celestial worlds.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS A PARTICIPANT

• You must feel comfortable sitting in a dark enclosed space for an extended period of time (2+ hours). NOTE: If you suffer from claustrophobia, PLEASE notify host or cabinet lead PRIOR to entering the room.
• The participants must abstain from any recreational drugs prior to the seance. 24 hrs for alchohol; 72 hrs for marijuana; 7 days for psychedelics, stimulants and narcotics UNLESS OTHERWISE PRESCRIBED. Please notify the host of prescription medications so we can determine if it will interfere with the safety of the medium.
• Remove ALL jewelery as these items can sometimes get caught in vortexes and disappear. These objects can also reflect light and cause harm to the medium.
• No purses, coats, or shoes are allowed in the seance room.
• Each participant will agree to being wanded to ensure no metallic or electronic objects enter the room, as these can disrupt the delicate vibrational field.
• Please do not touch those sitting next to you as it is common for people to experience a highly relaxed state and can be easily startled.
• You are to keep your hands on your lap or by your side. Do not put your hands out or up in the air.
• In the event of a manifestation of Spirit, DO NOT touch the Spirit or reach out towards them, unless touched first, and please stay seated.
• Remain seated at all times unless your are asked to come up to the cabinet (e.g., to receive a healing).
• Ensure you are well hydrated before attending.
• If you do not wish Spirit to utilize your energy simply cross your hands and feet over each other.
• In the event of a medical emergency, the cabinet lead will close the session as quickly as possible to ensure the safety of the participant and the medium. During that time, the participants must stay seated. Once lights are on, said individual will be helped and lead out of the room and the session will end.
