Sound Bath with Sandie & Vikki 

Join Sandie and Vikki, qualified Bowl Sound Healer Practitioners with The College of Sound Healing, for a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath experience. 

Using a carefully curated blend of therapeutic sounds, this session is designed to help you unwind, re-energise and gently rebalance mind, body and spirit. Allow soothing vibrations to support deep relaxation, inner calm and a renewed sense of wellbeing. 

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket with you.

Please be aware that this workshop is not suitable for those who are pregnant or have heart related health issues including pacemaker.
