Join Amanda, Andrea, and Shannon for our rejuvenating Healing Waters Day Retreat! Start your day with a warm welcome and a light selection of nourishing snacks.
You will have the opportunity to create your own unique essential oil roller blend, guided by thoughtfully crafted recipes. Additionally, you will design a beautiful charcoal chakra bracelet, which not only serves as a personal accessory but also as a tool for balance and focus during your day.
Following this creative session, Amanda and Andrea will lead you through a tranquil meditation, allowing you to release the stresses of daily life. Their gentle yoga practice will help to stretch and awaken your body, promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
To complete the experience, you'll have time to change into your swimsuits and either take a refreshing dip in the pool or find a cozy spot around the poolside. There, you will be enveloped by the soothing sounds of a sound bath led by Shannon, designed to promote deep relaxation and inner peace.

What to bring/wear: Bring you yoga mat and come to the retreat in your comfy yoga attire to enjoy the first part of the day creating essential oil blend, bracelet and practicing meditation and yoga! Bring your swimsuit and a towel to enjoy the floating sound bath. You are not required to enter the pool for the sound bath. You can also just hang out by the pool in a chair as well. Your choice! If you are planning on floating in the pool, please bring a pool floaty or some pool noodles. Nothing too large but we want you to also be comfortable.
