What is Healing Touch for Animals®?

Animals experience life as we do. They know how to love, how to please, and share joy. They can feel heartbreak and sadly, some experience real trauma.

Healing Touch for Animals® (HTA) is a safe, gentle, and natural approach to animal health and wellness through each stage of life.

HTA is for everyone interested in improving the lives of their animals through energy therapy.

HTA techniques support the animal's energetic body so the physical body and mental strength can maintain the health and wellness they deserve.

HTA teaches students how to assess an animal's energy system followed by specific techniques (using touch, near-touch, aroma therapy, and sound therapy) to clear, balance, and strengthen the energy system.

In Level 1, you will learn the philosophies of Healing Touch for Animals® and the application of energy therapy techniques for animals. During the course, an easy explanation of the physiological response of how animals and people respond to energy therapy is provided and demonstrated.

You will learn how to assess the energy body using touch and off-the-body techniques. After the energy assessments, you will learn 12 fundamental techniques to support any animal, large or small, including birds, mammals, reptiles, aquatics, and exotics.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and be able to begin the process to become a Certified Practitioner through the Healing Touch for Animals Certification Program.
