Registration Fee: $125/attendee (payment must be made online at the time of registration). Registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations; however, registration can be transferred to others (by contacting web organizers).
Continuing Education Credits: 5 CEUs are available for LSW, LCSW, LPC, and LCPC via Riveredge Hospital's Social Work CEU sponsorship with IDFPR under license #159000731, and 5 CEUs/PDHs are available for IL educators via West40's sponsorship with the Illinois State Board of Education.
