Healing to Authorship Lab: Release & Rise

This isn’t just a writing lab… this is a space where we come to release.

Dee’s Passion Filled Experience, in collaboration with The Kota Alliance, presents a transformative 4-session writing experience designed to help you reconnect with your voice, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin turning your story into something powerful.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this lab creates a safe and brave space where writing becomes a tool for healing, not perfection.

Here, we don’t perform… we pour. Using The RAW Way (Reflect. Activate. Write.)

Participants will explore their real-life experiences through guided writing, community connection, and intentional soul care time.

Over the course of our sessions, you will:

• Create your personalized RAW Writer's Notebook

• Reflect on your lived experiences

• Activate your voice through meaningful writing exercises

• Write freely in a space rooted in honesty and growth.

This experience is for anyone ready to:

• Release what they’ve been holding in

• Gain clarity and emotional awareness

• Reconnect with their voice through writing

• Become part of a powerful writing community

•Share their stories with others

For those who feel ready, participants will also have the opportunity to be considered for publication in our upcoming community anthology:Writing Without Armor: When the Page Becomes a Place to RestThis is more than writing…This is where you come to rest, process, and rise.
