
About this Event
The first session is a gentle introduction to how trauma and chronic stress affect the nervous system. We will explore how herbs and nature-based care can help ease anxiety, insomnia, and how to begin rebuilding a sense of safety in the body. You will learn how to care for your nervous system naturally and on your terms.
What to expect when you arrive:
This workshop provides a safe and supportive space where there is no pressure to talk or share. With guidance from someone who understands trauma, and the choice to participate in the way and at the time that feels right for you.
This is the first in a monthly wellness series created for survivors. You are free to attend once or return whenever it feels right for you. There is no pressure to share. Nothing is expected of you. You are welcome just as you are.
