About this Event

Join us this November for a special 3-part event series in honor of Children's Grief Awareness Month, designed to help children process both natural and traumatic losses through creative activities. Held at the The Table,each event provides a safe and supportive space for children and teens to remember loved ones, create memorial rocks, and support healing from their grief, whether the loss was expected or sudden.

Each event is age group specific.

Event 1: Understanding Feelings of Loss (Ages 5-8)

Event 2: Expressing Grief Through Creativity (Ages 9-12)

Event 3: Honoring and Remembering Together (Ages 13-17)

We will also provide some helpful tips for parents/caregivers to support children with grief.
