✨ Find Healing and Hope! ✨If you’ve experienced trauma, loss, or are carrying emotional pain, this group might be just what you need.
Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, isolated, or battling things like sadness, anger, exhaustion, flashbacks, or grief. You’re not alone, and there is hope.
Healing the Wounds of My Heart is a safe space led by trained facilitators using a Bible-based approach to healing. Together, we’ll:
👉Look at what the Bible says about pain and suffering
👉Learn how trauma affects us
👉Gently explore our own stories
👉Let go of some of the hurt we’ve been carrying
👉Reconnect with God, ourselves, and others
👉Build strength to move forward in life
We’ll meet for four Thursday nights in September and October, with a final session on Sunday, 19 October:
