Healing the Voice: Tea Workshop & Ceremony

Abby Richard, Reiki Master and Chakra Expert is coming together with Paula Athena, Colombian Herbalism Student and Embodied Storyteller, to bring your into the power of your voice.

This workshop is the fourth of our chakra-aligned series that combines ancient herbalism, reiki, and chakra teachings that bridge Eastern and Western Science for whole being wellness.

Participants will gain an in depth understanding of the throat chakra through a yogic lens, a biological lens, and through an ancient herbalist lens. You will walk away with easy to use tools, and a knowledge of herbs you can use to clear and align your throat chakra.

Reconnect, remember, realign.

Participants can bring a journal to take notes or a blanket or sweater if you'd like to stay extra comfy during this experience.
