About this Event
Healing the Mother Wound is a guided breathwork and nervous system workshop designed to help you work through emotional patterns stored in the body—particularly those shaped through early maternal relationships and generational conditioning.
This is not about blaming your mother or revisiting the past. It’s about understanding how your body adapted and creating the conditions to process what it’s still holding.
Many of the ways you respond today—under pressure, in relationships, and in how you carry responsibility—are influenced by patterns your nervous system learned early. These patterns often show up as overgiving, emotional suppression, people-pleasing, or feeling like you have to hold everything together.
In this experience, we work directly with the body.
Through guided breathwork, you’ll be led through structured phases that allow the body to access and release stored responses such as fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. You’ll also gain a clearer understanding of how your nervous system shapes the way you respond, so you can begin to work with those patterns instead of being driven by them.
This is a private, immersive experience held within a small group setting, allowing you to go inward while still being supported in the room.
Following the session, there will be guided integration in the practice space, with additional time to gather, connect, and decompress in the studio lounge with light refreshments.
This experience is designed with women in mind. Men who feel called to this work are welcome.
If you’ve been carrying patterns that didn’t start with you, this is an opportunity to begin working through them—at the level of the body.
