Healing the Man Within event is purposed to provide a safe and empowering space created for Black men to reflect, release, and renew as we prepare to enter a new year with purpose.
Hosted by Black Men Embracing Feelings (BMEF) & The Sanctum, this gathering invites men to take a pause from the pressures of life and engage in honest conversations about growth, faith, mental health, and healing.
The day blends reflection, breaking bread, deep discussion, and connection — offering moments of laughter, learning, and letting go.
Participants will leave with renewed clarity, practical tools for emotional wellness, and a deeper sense of brotherhood.
