Healing the Inner Child: Community Safe Space Workshop (Come As You Are)

We host a monthly Community Safe Space Workshop called Come As You Are (CAYA), where you can be yourself without judgment!

Each month focuses on a different topic. This month we'll discuss Healing the Inner Child! Reconnecting to innocence, joy, and emotional safety; reparenting and self-compassion.

Join us at Ageless Performance Recovery and Wellness for a day of self-discovery and connection. This workshop is all about embracing who you are and feeling accepted just as you are. Come ready to share, listen, and grow in a supportive environment. Our goal is to continue to build a community where everyone can feel safe and valued.

Info: This discussion is facilitated by Rawlins Apilado: Yogi, Reiki Master, Healer & Life Coach. He'll begin with an introduction of our clinic, Ageless Performance Recovery & Wellness. He'll then transition into this months topic.
