Healing the Anxious Body2-Part Series

Is your daily life impacted by anxiety, decision paralysis, panic attacks or OCD? Do you struggle feeling like your nervous system is stuck in survival mode?
If so, join True North's 300hr YTT graduate Cambra Thompson in a workshop series dedicated to finding peace in the body and mind. This FREE offering will be run Fridays June 5 and June 12 from 6:30-8:30pm and will offer knowledge and practical somatic exercises to help you better face life's challenges.
Come expecting gentle yoga movement, meditation, community connection, breathwork, and knowledge about why these tools can help healing the anxious body.
Cambra has found great relief from her severe anxiety disorders through these practices and will be sharing personal anecdotes to inspire connection. Combining that and her experience in learning about neuroscience, you will leave this workshop with more perspective and hope for a less anxious future.
Nourishing refreshments and tea will be provided. As well as grounding tools such as crystals, essential oils, fidget toys, and eye masks. Homework exercises will be given to work on in between the two workshops.
All level students are welcome, especially those newer to Yoga.
