About this Event
Join me for a nourishing hour of rest, sound, and community. Healing Sounds, Rooted Futures is a donation-based sound bath designed to support deep relaxation while also uplifting community-rooted midwifery care.
I'll be leading this gentle sound experience with crystal singing bowls, other grounding instruments, and guided meditation to calm the nervous system and create space for rest, release, and reconnection.
Following the sound bath, participants are invited to enjoy a nourishing tea station and take a few moments to settle before departure.
All proceeds from this event directly support tuition, books, and travel expenses for midwifery school.
What to Expect
