This is a space for you to go inward to access new insights, release and heal.
We will begin with an opportunity to share what is present for you, whether that is emotion, challenge, or celebration. This creates a sense of grounding and support as you move into your inner experience.
From there, Anna will guide you through 20 to 30 minutes of breathwork. Breathwork is a somatic practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to access deeper layers of the nervous system and subconscious. Rooted in Biodynamic Breathwork, this approach combines conscious breathing with body awareness to support emotional processing and regulation. The breath helps move energy through the body, release stored tension, and expand awareness. Rather than forcing anything, it works with your body’s natural rhythm, allowing for gradual release and integration.
As the breath settles, Anna will guide you into a sound bath using crystal singing bowls. Sound healing is a meditative practice that uses vibration and tone to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. The body naturally responds to these sustained frequencies, helping it settle into a calm and receptive state. As you rest, layered tones and resonant sounds, along with gentle vocal tones and singing, create a sensory and somatic experience that quiets the mind and supports deeper relaxation, reflection, and internal awareness.
There may be moments of stillness or light guidance woven throughout the experience, supporting you in staying present with what arises and deepening your connection to yourself.
Together, breathwork and sound healing create a space to release, reset, and reconnect, supporting both the body and mind in moving toward balance and clarity.
Please come prepared to lie down comfortably for about an hour. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and water so your body can fully relax and receive.
