WHAT IS HEALING SOMATIC MOVEMENT?
Somatic movement is a gentle, profound practice of ‘deep body listening’ where we can once again, truly hear ourselves. It helps us unwind long-held tension, recalibrate the nervous system, and re-establish the inner trust we often lose in the busyness of life. Rather than performing movement for the body, we move with the body - guided from within, moment by moment. It’s where rest meets repair. Where softness meets strength. Where healing happens not by force, but through attunement.
IN THIS INTRODUCTORY SESSION, YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
Interoceptive exploration – practices that help you feel and move from the inside out
Gentle floor-based movement – slow, intuitive movement patterns that soothe and realign
Guided reflection and group sharing – connection and reflection in a safe, non-judgmental space
An invitation to deepen – learn how this practice can support your work, your nervous system, and your life
Whether you’re brand new to somatic work or already teaching movement, this will be a rich and restorative immersion into what’s possible when we truly listen to the body’s wisdom.
