This two-day class features a private small-group experience providing learning and growth in a supportive environment. The Healing Sexual Shame course examines the origins and histories of social norms regarding sexuality and explore how they influence beliefs surrounding sex and sexuality. Participants will be guided in the use of basic relaxation and self-care techniques to support their intrapersonal explorations. This class encourages open discussions that allow for deeper reflection upon beliefs that may unwittingly work against the goal of self-acceptance. While this is not a substitute for continued therapeutic work, it intended to provide therapeutic direction to those who are working towards shedding shameful beliefs that separate one from fully embracing sex-positivity in their lives.
