Step into a space of deep healing and full-body relaxation.
In this immersive workshop, Vita will gently guide you through an hour of yin yoga — a slow, grounded practice where we linger in poses, nourishing the connective tissues rather than activating the muscles. Through stillness and breath, we invite the mind to soften and the body to unwind.
This portion of the session includes optional soothing hands-on adjustments and acupressure to support deeper release as well as elements of aromatherapy.
After the yin practice, participants will receive cupping therapy (6 cups) followed by a restorative savasana accompanied by a sound bath, designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and blissfully reset.
To close our time together, we will bring music into the space — chanting and singing in devotion, allowing the heart to open and the energy to gently rise.
My intention is for you to leave feeling grounded in your body, calm in your mind, and elevated in your spirit.
