We will focus on breath-work, gentle stretching and restorative shapes with hands on marma, reiki, followed by guided meditation with sound healing using tuning forks and sound bowls at the end.
The focus of this class is to create a space for relaxation and healing. Fostering community and a safe space to come together to practice slowing down, going inward, time to feel and process emotions. This is a deep healing workshop.
