Bring in the magic with our last event of the year.
Want to have a little insight into how the session will look?
We are going to experience a transformative breathwork session, that will take you into a deep deep meditation led by Tom.
Followed by an introspective cacao ceremony led by Lianne.
We will finish the finish off the session relaxing into the healing sounds of the gongs led by Dave.
Because its close to christmas expect a Christmassy theme and mince pies.
There is still time to get your early bird ticketsWe are capping this session at 25 so when the tickets are gone, they are gone. Early bird tickets are available until the end of October.
What you'll need to bring:
Yoga/exercise mat
Bottle of water
Blanket just for a little extra comfort during the sound healing and breathwork session.
