Healing of the Mounds Story and Visit

As part of the Prairie Awakening Prairie Awoke Celebration, DCCB has public satellite programs. The intent is to share the history of events that have added so much dimension to the Celebration. One such occurrence is the Healing of Mounds Ceremony that took place in 2019. We will visit the mounds and hear the story of what transpired on that day. We will meet at the main parking lot at Kuehn and drive to the mound area. There will be a 5-to-7-minute walk on even ground. Registration required for this free public program.
