In light, Kat has a true passion for helping others discover their own self-empowerment. She has studied metaphysics most of her life and her work is deeply informed by her own experience and integration of significant life transitions. She is a certified Master Shaman and Sound Vibrational Healer. She facilitates body, mind, emotional, and spiritual health using a wide variety of energy healing, sound vibrational healing, crystals, and essential oils. Kat offers private sessions, classes, and workshops. She offers sacred fire and healing ceremonies. Shamanic journey: I am offering a guided Shamanic journey crossing over a threshold for self-awareness and self-reflection. Journeys take us outside of time and space, into the realm of what the indigenous people call dreamtime, a place of imagining. To assist with integration after the journey, there will be a brief opportunity to journal. Please bring something to write with, and a blanket or yoga mat for lying or sitting on the floor.Please arrive promptly at 7pm.
