About this Event
Join puja (they/he) and Melissa (she/they) for an afternoon of healing sound through chanting, kirtan, and collective vibration during the flower full moon! In this workshop, you'll be guided through accessible mantras and songs that call in full moon energy and support the ability to embrace transformation both individually and collectively.
This workshop is open to all abilities, bodies, and experiences. You do not need any prior experience with mantra and kirtan, only a desire to create sound with your bodies and be in community.
Puja and Melissa together hold over 30 years of study in Indian classical music, kirtan, mantra, and yoga.
