Time: 9:00am-4:00pm EST each day
Location: VIRTUAL

This workshop explores restorative justice through the lens of survivors’ needs, centering trauma-informed understanding and fidelity to healing. Participants will consider how harm and trauma shape survivor experiences, reflect on the strengths and limits of “trauma-informed” approaches, and practice ways to authentically honor survivor voices. Using dialogue, case examples, and circle practices, the session emphasizes keeping dignity, accountability, and healing at the heart of restorative justice.
The workshop is suitable for those working for or with those who have been harmed.
We offer scholarships due to the societal inequities that exist in our community that systematically advantage some groups of people over others. Our priority is for those who have been or are currently system involved and those who have been disadvantaged systemically in our society. Those working in institutional settings, please check with your employer for funding sponsorship. We rely upon the honor system, so if you feel you should be prioritized for funding, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Payments: Payments should be made prior to attending the training. For an invoice to generate purchase order payment please contact CRJ staff.
