All retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that your spot is reserved exclusively for you and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or changes in travel plans.
