About this Event
Join us at Flow Healing Body & Soul for a transformative in-person embodiment workshop. This gathering is all about tapping into the power of the Divine Feminine energy within each of us.
The intention of these ongoing workshops is to focus on moving through different aspects of the divine feminine: utilizing breathwork, meditation, guided and intuitive movement, and journal prompts for integration.
These workshops provide a fun and safe space for women to heal and connect with their divine feminine, through DANCE.

What we'll cover:
- Breathwork to drop into the body & out of the mind
- Meditation and intention setting
- Journaling for integration
- Guided + intuitive movement
- Expression & dance circle
- A safe space for discussion & refelction
Preparing for the workshop:
- No dance experience is necessary
- Please bring water
- Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the event
- Please bring a yoga mat
- Please bring a journal and an open mind!
- Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you the flexibility to move and dance!
